What does the setup include?
Setup is free at launch. It includes: purchase and configuration of your dedicated WhatsApp number, Meta validation of your business name and logo (~24h), import of your service catalogue, configuration of your opening hours, and dedicated support throughout the setup. You only pay the subscription.
If I cancel, do I lose my WhatsApp number?
The dedicated WhatsApp number is returned to the provider when the subscription ends. Your data (clients, past appointments) can be exported as CSV/ICS from Settings → Export before cancelling.
Does the bot reply in English / German / Italian?
Yes — the client's language is detected automatically (FR, DE, IT, EN). Your German-speaking clients write in German, the bot replies in German. You run your practice in your own language.
What if a client becomes insulting or abusive?
Rendly automatically detects insulting messages and flags them to you — the bot never replies to an insult. If it happens again, the client is banned automatically: the bot stops replying to them. You can also ban, or unban, any client in one click from your account.
Do you take a percentage on my appointments?
Never. Your subscription is flat. All the payments you collect through your own channels (card, cash, TWINT, other) stay 100% with you. We never touch your clients' money.
What about VAT?
Prices shown are exclusive of tax. Swiss VAT of 8.1% applies on top, billed separately. If you are VAT-registered, it's recoverable.
Do my clients have to install an app?
No. They use WhatsApp, which they already have. That's the whole point of Rendly.
Do you charge per minute or per message?
Neither. Unlimited appointments, unlimited messages, AI included. Your monthly bill doesn't change with your volume.
How does payment work? Is it secure?
Payment for your subscription and setup is handled by Stripe, the world leader in online payments (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, the highest banking standard). You enter your card on a secure page hosted by Stripe: your banking details never pass through Rendly and are never stored with us. Payment is protected by 3-D Secure, and you manage your card, your invoices and cancellation at any time from your account via the Stripe portal.
What if I change my mind after paying?
Money-back guarantee within 14 days, setup included. The refund is processed automatically via Stripe to your original payment method, within 14 business days. After that, the subscription remains cancellable at any time, with no commitment.
Can the bot say anything wrong to my clients?
No. Rendly is deterministic on the core: it only offers your genuinely free slots, your services and your prices. The AI understands natural language — it never invents an appointment or a price. You stay in control: manual approval is available, and every booking is notified to you.
Will my clients accept talking to a bot?
Your clients install nothing and write as they would to a human, on WhatsApp they already use. Most simply get an appointment in 30 seconds, even at 10pm, with no wait and no call back. And you can take over at any time.
I'm not comfortable with technology. Is this for me?
Yes. You install nothing and write no code. We set everything up for you — number, services, hours — and setup is free at launch. You then manage it from a simple space, like a diary. Support stays reachable.
Is my data and my clients' data secure?
Yes. Your data is hosted in Switzerland, communications are encrypted, and sensitive client data is encrypted at rest. We never sell data and take no commission on your bookings. You can export and delete everything at any time.
